Walnut Gravy

Delicious on all manner of vegetarian dishes.

1/4 cup whole wheat flour
1/2 cup raw walnuts
3 tbsp Bragg's liquid aminos
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
2 cups veggie stock (or veg bouillion)
dash pepper
dash paprika
dash onion powder

1. toast flour in a dry non-stick pan (ie, ceramic) until golden.
2. In blender, combine toasted flour, walnuts, Bragg's, lemon juice, garlic, seasonings, and 1/2 cup stock. Blend till smooth.
3. Add remaining stock, and blend again.
4. Transfer to a sauce pan, and heat to simmer. Simmer 3-4 minutes till thickened, stirring often.
