Vegan Hot Chocolate

* 2 1/2 cups almond, soy, rice, or oat milk
* 3 tbsp cane sugar
* 3 tbsp cocoa powder
* 1/2 tsp salt
* 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
* 1 pinch cinnamon
* 1 pinch cayenne
1. Combine in a sauce pan:
* almond, soy, rice, or oat milk
* sugar
* cocoa powder
* salt
* vanilla
* cinnamon
* cayenne pepper
2. Warm on stove to a simmer. Do not boil. Simmer 2-3 minutes.
3. Remove from the heat.
4. Whisk until frothy.
5. Serve immediately.
