Vanilla Chocolate Sauce

This is yummy drizzled over all manner of desserts - biscuits, shortbread with fruit, mixed berries, etc.
* 2 four-ounce bars quality white chocolate
* 1/2 cup vanilla yogurt
* 1/2 tsp real vanilla extract
In double boiler, gently melt the white chocolate, and stirring constantly add in the yogurt and then the vanilla. Serve right away.
