Spinach Pie

pie crust for top and/or bottom

Mix together:
1 bunch spinach, washed and pulled apart
2 bunches green onions, sliced
1 block feta cheese, cubed

Mix together:
3 eggs
1/2 cup olive oil

1. place pie crust in ovenproof pie dish
2. pour egg mix over spinach mix and stir well
3. place into pie crust
4. bake 400 F for 10 minutes
5. reduce oven to 350 F and bake 50 more minutes
