Savoury Onion Side Dish

This is a favourite at family bbq's with grilled meats and veggies.
Ingredients:
* 2 pounds onions, thickly sliced
* 2 tbsp catsup
* 2 tbsp water
* 1 tbsp liquid honey
* 1 tbsp butter (not margarine)
* 1/2 tsp dry mustard
* salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
* Simmer onion slices in lightly salted water for 10 min.
* Drain onions. Transfer to oven-proof casserole dish.
* Mix remaining ingredients, add to onions in casserole.
* Bake 350-degree oven for 1 hour.
* Onions will be tender with a sweet and savoury glaze.
