Salmon Loaf

2 cans salmon
2 eggs
3 tbsp fresh lemon juice
1 tbsp butter
few shakes pepper
3/4 cup milk
2 cups crumbs - bread or cracker

1. Preheat oven to 350.
2. Remove skin and large bones from salmon.
3. Combine all ingredients well. Using your hands is best.
4. Cook in greased, glass casserole dish for 1 hour.
5. Serves 4-6.
6. Serve with a cucumber or green salad and rolls.
