Raspberry Marinated Chicken Wings
Raspberry Marinated Chicken Wings
24 chicken wings, separated into pieces (discard tips)
1 cup olive oil
1/3 cup raspberry vinegar
1 tbsp honey
1 tbsp sesame seeds
1 tsp ground cumin
2 cloves garlic, crushed
Separate the chicken wings into pieces. Then make the marinade by combining all remaining ingredients. Whisk. Remove half a cup of marinade and set aside for basting when cooking (so does not touch raw meat). Add chicken wings to remaining marinade and marinate overnight in refrigerator in zippered bag or glass bowl.
Next day, set barbecue to a medium heat. Cook on lightly oiled grills, turning and basting with reserved marinade. Chicken should be cooked through in about 15 minutes.
