Lamb steak with orange glaze
Easy and delicious. Makes enough for 2 people.- 2 lamb steaks- 1/2 can (6 ounce) frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed- 1 tsp worcestershire sauce- 1 tsp salt- 1/8 tsp rosemary- 3/4 dried mint leaves- 1 tsp. orange rind (organic if possible)(1) arrange lamb steaks in shallow baking dish.(2) combine sauce ingredients, pour over lamb.(3) add 2-3 tbsp water(4) bake 325-degrees for 40 minutes
