Mexican Chocolate Coffee

Great for brunch partys. Prepare in a crock pot.

8 cups brewed coffee
1/3 cup organic sugar
1/4 cup chocolate syrup
2-3 cinnamon sticks, broken into 2-3 pieces each
1 tsp whole cloves
1/4 tsp anise extract (optional)

Combine all ingredients in crock pot and simmer 2 hours. Using slotted spoon, remove cinnamon and cloves. Keep warm, and serve in mugs.

Extra good with whip cream and extra chocolate syrup.
