Maple-Soy Glazed Salmon

salmon fillets (to feed 4-6 people)
1/4 cup maple syrup
2 tsp soy sauce
2 tsp lemon juice, (fresh is best)
1 clove garlic, minced
1. cut salmon into serving size pieces
2. mix marinade
3. marinate salmon in ziplock bag in fridge 30-60 minutes
4. line cookie sheet with foil or parchment paper
5. bake salmon in single layer at 450 for 10 minutes
6. baste well
7. then broil for 3 minutes
