Honey Curry Chicken

This is a great recipe because it's quick and tasty and family-friendly. Best made with skinless chicken.

1/3 cup butter (not margarine), melted
1/3 honey
1/4 cup dijon mustard
2-3 tsp curry powder, depending on your family's taste
skinless chicken pieces

(1) preheat oven to 350 degrees
(2) combine all ingredients (except chicken).
(3) place chicken in single layer in open casserole dish.
(4) pour sauce over chicken and stir to coat.
(5) bake for 1 hour.

This recipe is excellent with rice or mashed yam/potatoes. Serve with steamed broccoli and cauliflower. Drizzle sauce over vegetables. Makes excellent leftovers.
