Homemade Peach and Blueberry Ice-Pops


This recipe comes from Planet Green. The focus is on fresh, local, organic produce. Mix and match as to what's in season and your family's taste preferences.

2 cups local peaches, peeled, cored
1 tbsp water
1 tbsp raw local honey
1 pint local blueberries
1/4 tsp sea salt

Method:

Toss peaches into blender, add 1 tbsp of water. Blend til pureed.

Add honey, blueberries, salt, and blend.

Use purchased ice-pop molds to use over and over again or use an ice cube tray that you have on hand.

Freeze for about 2 hours.
