Grilled Shrimp Platter

1.5 pounds uncooked large shrimp
1 small onion, sliced rings
1/4 cup Italian salad dressing
2 green onions, sliced thin
2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
3 cloves fresh garlic, minced
lemon and parsley for garnish
1) Peel and devein shrimp, tails on or off.
2) Spray non-stick oil on bbq grill racks
3) Grill shrimp over medium heat (covered) 2-3 minutes per side (till pink).
4) Refrigerate.
5) Make marinate - combine onions, dressing, lemon juice, evoo, balsamic, and garlic. Pour into large ziploc bag.
6) Marinate shrimp in ziploc for 2 hours or longer.
7) Remove shrimp with slotted spoon to serving platter.
8) Garnish with lemon slices and parsley (optional).
