Green Pea Salad

1 1/2 cup frozen peas
1 1/2 cup fresh cauliflower florets
1 cup sliced celery
1/4 cup sliced green onion
2 tbsp finely chopped red bell pepper
1 cup salted sunflower seeds
1/2 cup sour cream
1 tsp dijon mustard
1 clove garlic, crushed or minced
6 slices bacon, cooked crisply, crumbled
1 cup Hidden Valley Ranch Salad Dressing
1. rinse peas in hot water, drain.
2. combine dressing, mustard, garlic, and set aside.
3. Mix all other ingredients, then pour dressing over and mix.
4. Keep in fridge till serving.
