Crock Pot Italian Turkey

You need a show cooker (or crock pot).
4 boneless skinless turkey thighs
1 jar Italian spaghetti sauce
1/2 tsp red pepper, crushed or flakes (optional, for heat)
1/2 cup milk
In crock pot:
* place turkey thighs (whole foods sells boneless/skinless)
* place sauce over turkey
* add red pepper, if using
* cover, cook for 7-8 hours on low, or 4-5 hours on high
* turkey should be very tender
* when cooked, shred turkey meat into pieces
* add 1/2 cup milk, stir, cook 10-12 minutes to heat
* serve over rice, or cooked pasta, or mashed potatoes
