Crab & Tuna Burgers

Patties
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup shredded cucumber or zucchini
- 1/2 cup bread or cracker crumbs
- 1 can crab meat, drained, or 1/2 pound fresh
- 1 can tuna, drained and flaked
- 1/2 tsp dried parsley
- 4 crusty buns
Sauce
- 1/4 cup shredded cucumber
- 1/4 cup plain yogurt
- 1/4 tsp dried dill
- 1/4 tsp dried parsley
(1) Make sauce by combining ingredients. Chill.
(2) Make patties by combining ingredients. Shape into 4 patties.
(3) Fry patties over medium heat in fry pan with 1 tbsp olive oil until golden brown each side, about 4-5 minutes per side.
(4) Serve patties on crusty buns with sauce.
