Chutney Chicken Bake

This family favorite is tender and full of flavor. It's also very easy to make.


1/3 cup mango chutney
1/3 cup plain yogurt
1 tbsp dijon mustard
1 tbsp minced ginger
2 tsp flour
4-6 boneless skinless chicken breasts (or other pieces)

1. Preheat oven to 350.
2. Mix sauce ingredients together.
3. Cut chicken into serving size pieces.
4. Place chicken in open glass baking dish.
5. Pour sauce over chicken, bake 50 minutes.
6. Let chicken rest for 10 minutes before serving.
