1. Cut cauliflower into bite-size pieces. Cook in boiling water for 10 minutes (tender crisp). Drain. 2. Combine oil and lemon juice. Add to cauliflower and toss. 3. Sprinkle with fresh herbs and seasonings, and toss. 4. Serve warm or cold.
