Cabbage Chicken Salad

Salad Dressing:

1/4 cup olive or grapeseed oil
3 tbsp organic sugar
2 tbsp seasoned rice vinegar
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp sesame oil (optional)

3 cups cabbage, shredded (can use purchased coleslaw mix)
2 green onions, finely sliced
2 stalks celery, finely sliced
1/2 cup sliced almonds, toasted
1 cup snow pea pods, sliced
1 package ramen soup noodles, uncooked, broken into pieces
1 tin mandarin orange segments (optional)

(1) Mix salad dressing in medium-sized jar. Shake to combine well.
(2) Toss salad ingredients together in large bowl
(3) Add dressing, toss well. Serve immediately.

Don't forget to add the chicken!

The recipe looks and sounds tasty. I imagine there's some cooked chicken to be added in there too? (wink). Will definitely give it a try this summer.
