Brown Owl's Taco Salad

This recipe comes from many years of Brownie camp, where feeding dozens of young girls - many who are picky eaters - can be a challenge. This meal is great because the kids layer only the ingredients they like, in the quantities they like.
In bowls, lay out ingredients separately, buffet style:
* cooked ground beef, lightly seasoned (warm)
* shredded lettuce
* grated carrot
* chopped tomato
* sliced cucumber
* chopped celery
* chopped green onion
* sliced olives
* cooked and cooled niblet corn
* chopped red bell pepper
* chopped green bell pepper
* slices of avocado
* black beans, drained
* shredded cheddar cheese
* shredded mozza cheese
* taco chips
* salsa
* hot sauce
* sour cream
Serve with garlic toast, plain rolls and butter, fresh fruit, and choice of beverage.
