The Wonders of Broccoli
Broccoli has so much nutrient value that it fights cancers, promotes regularity, fights Alzheimer's and asthma.
First try it in a soup or stew or salad.
Do you have a broccoli-hater in your family? If not, then steam the broccoli until tender when your broccoli-hater is not around - sometimes the smell of broccoli cooking puts diners off.
Store in jar in fridge and then add 1/2 cup to pasta, sauces, soups, pizza toppings and omelets.
Don't forget to chop up the leaves and peeled stalks. Yes! Mission accomplished! You can have broccoli more often than once a week.
