Broccoli Salad

Great for picnics, parties, or bbqs.
12 cups broccoli florets
1/2 cup mayo or miracle whip
1/2 honey or sugar
2 tbsp vinegar
3-4 scallions (green onions) or 1 red onion chopped fine
1/2 cup raisins
1/4 cup dry roasted peanuts
5-6 slices bacon, cooked crisp, and crumbled
(1) combine dressing by mixing mayo, vinegar, sugar.
(2) combine salad by mixing broccoli, onion, raisins.
(3) pour dressing over salad, toss, and put in fridge for a few hours to marinate and let flavours blend.
(4) just before serving, sprinkle with dry roasted nuts and bacon (so they remain crunchy)
