Breakfast Muffins in a Hurry

This recipe makes 6 muffins in less than 30 minutes for a quick, fresh breakfast. Add 1/3 cup of any dried fruit (raisins, craisins, etc) or berries to suit your preference.
1 cup flour
1 tsp baking soda
2 tbsp sugar
1/3 cup dried fruit or fresh berries
1 egg
2 tbsp oil
1/2 cup orange juice
(1) combine dry ingredients and fruit
(2) combine wet ingredients
(3) combine wet and dry ingredients, mix quickly
(4) fill muffin pan 2/3 full.
(5) bake 15-20 minutes at 350 degrees
