Berry Salad Dressing

Enjoy the taste of summer all year. Especially good with home-made jam.
3 tbsp raspberry jam or jelly**
1/3 vinegar (rice or red wine are both good choices)
2/3 cup salad oil (grapeseed or olive oil are good choices)
salt and pepper to taste
1. soften/melt jam on low heat in sauce pan.
2. combine with oil and vinegar, salt and pepper.
3. shake in a jar with lid to mix well.
4. serve.
This is also good made with blackberry or blueberry jam or jelly.
