Baked Thai Chicken

Baking sauce:
3 green onions, chopped fine
2 cloves garlic, minced
3 tbsp hoisin sauce
2 tbsp natural peanut butter
1 tbsp minced gingerroot
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp sesame oil
1 tbsp lemon juice

skinless chicken pieces (for 4-6 people)

Garnish:
fresh parsley or green onion for garnish

1. Preheat oven to 375-degrees
2. Combine sauce ingredients
3. Place chicken in shallow glass casserole
4. Spoon sauce over chicken, stir to coat.
5. Bake 45-50 minutes, or till done
6. Serve with rice or noodles.
