Baked Teriyaki Chicken Wings

by Val
(Seattle)

This is a great appetizer for a crowd.

3 pounds chicken wings
1/4 cup salad oil
1/3 cup lemon juice
1/4 cup catsup
1/4 cup prepared teriyaki sauce
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1 clove garlic, minced

* Cut chicken wings into 2 pieces and discard tips.
* Combine all ingredients except chicken.
* Pour sauce over wings + marinate several hours.
* Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
* Arrange wings in single layer in roasting pan.
* Bake 40 minutes, basting occasionally, until tender.

These are healthier than deep-fried wings. Hope your family enjoys them.
