5 Minute Tomato Basil Mozza Salad

This Mediterranean Diet salad is simple and quick and delicious. It's done in 5 minutes or less.
Ingredients:
* 4 large tomatoes, sliced
* 1 red onion, thinly sliced
* small mozzarellas, sliced
* 1 1/2 tbsp red wine or balsamic vinegar
* 4 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
* 16 leaves fresh basil
* salt and pepper
Directions:
* Slice and layer tomatoes, onion, mozzarella, basil
* Drizzle with extra virgin olive oil and red wine vinegar.
* Season with salt and pepper
